Together with their families, Shanna and Patrick Tinsley are pleased to announce the joining of one another in marriage on February 2nd, 2015. Shanna is the daughter of Craig and Theresa Strickland of Van Buren and Jerry and Tina Smith of Hawaii. The groom is the son of Gary and Kristin Tinsley of Hindsville.
