Jessica O’Neal and Dwayne Omohundro, both of Elkins, plan to marry on June 27, 2015, at Round Mountain Community Church in Fayetteville. The bride is the daughter of Ted and Janet O’Neal, both of Elkins, Ark., and the granddaughter of Tom Davenport of Fayetteville. A 2013 graduate of the College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, Mo., she is a substitute teacher at the Elkins Schools. The groom is the son of Larry and Dianne Omohundro, both of Elkins. He is the grandson of Wayne and Darlene Counts, both of Elkins. A graduate of the NWACC EMT program, and is employed at Central EMS of Fayetteville.
