Donna and Anthony Moten of Rogers are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachael Moten, to Jeremy Harris, son of Melissa and Andrew Snyder. Rachael attended NWACC where she received an associate's degree in education. She also attended Blue Cliff College and received a certification in medical assisting. Rachael is currently a teacher at the Sunshine School and Development Center. Jeremy attended the University of Arkansas Fort Smith where he received both his technical certificate and his associate's degree in graphic design. He is employed as a graphic designer at Outdoor Cap. Rachael and Jeremy met in the spring of 2010 and became formally engaged on Dec. 7, 2012. They plan to marry at 1 p.m. Sept. 6, 2014, at Avondale Chapel and Gardens.
