Our Love Story

Lynn and Don met in 2007 in the Information Technology Division for Walmart, in Bentonville, Arkansas. They worked together occasionally over the years until 2012 when the teams they were on were located near each other. It was during this time that Don spend the better part of a year building up the courage to get around to asking Lynn on a date. About two months later, they were engaged on Valentine's Day 2013.

The Proposal

Lynn and Don chose Valentine's Day of 2013 to celebrate spending their first Valentine's Day together. Don arranged for a dinner reservation at Bordino's Restaurant in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The wedding ring was taped inside of a Valentine's Day card intended "For My Wife", and when Lynn opened the card, Don bent on knee to ask Lynn Anne Ray to marry him. She said "Yes" and here we are...
