Our Love Story

The story goes that we first saw each other at Harbor Town at Hilton Head Island while Laura was vactioning at Alex's home town, but we met at Auburn University at a sorority/faternity function. After several other functions, they knew they were in love!

The Proposal

While Laura was vacationing at Hilton Head with her family last year and Alex was visiting his parents, Alex came to get Laura early in the morning to go for a run. Just as the sun came up over the ocean, Alex and Laura came upon a blanket set up with coffee, donuts, and a ring. Alex proposed!

Bride's Employment and Education

She is employed at the Home Depot Corporate Office in Atlanta. She is a 2010 graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management. She is a 2006 graduate of Bentonville High School.

Groom's Parents and City of Residence

He is the son of Dan and Laurie Clare of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Groom's Grandparents and City of Residence

He is the grandson of Jack and Marion Clare of Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Ted and Joan Chleboski of Supply, North Carolina.

Groom's Employment and Education

He is employed at KPMG in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a 2011 graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He received his Master's of Accountancy at Georgia Southern University in 2012. He is a 2007 graduate of Hilton Head High School.
