Mr. & Mrs. Brad Feagans are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Nancee Jo Feagans, to Richard Lloyd Howard, Jr. He is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Richard Howard and the late Janet Howard. A ceremony is planned on April 9, 2016 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Ms. Feagans is the granddaughter of Mr. & Mrs. Wayne Gideon and the late Mr. & Mrs. Bailey Feagans. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado and is employed by Sam's Club in Bentonville, Arkansas. Mr. Howard is the grandson of Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd Howard and the late Sam Rogers & Nancy Rogers, and the late Melba Rogers. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas and is employed by JB Hunt in Lowell, Arkansas.
