Our Love Story

Nick and Ashley met oddly enough through Facebook in July of 2011. It suggested that they become friends because of all the people they knew in common. So Nick added Ashley as a friend and sent a message something along the lines of "Have we met? You look really familiar. Oh, by the way, you're absolutely gorgeous." Although it took her two weeks to respond they have been together since. They met a few days later in Eureka and both knew it was something special. It seems like just yesterday they first met and now are getting married!

The Proposal

Every year Ashley sings the National Anthem at the Naturals Baseball games. Nick arranged for the proposal to be on field after she sang on August 11th, 2012. In front of hundreds of people and all their friends and family he asked for her hand in marriage. He arranged for it to be videoed, photographed and kept it a complete surprise! It was perfect!
