55 Years!

Jim and Bonnie (Kitterman) Scott recently celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary. They met while in the Marine Corps in Southern California and married on November 7, 1959, at the Wayfarer’s Chapel, near Portuguese Bend. Together they raised 3 children, Jim, Cindy and Susan. They are deeply loved and admired by their children and their spouses; 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. Congratulations Mom and Dad! We love you.

50 Years!

Willis and Opal Shiew are celebrating their golden anniversary on November 6, 2014. They have lived in the Muskogee and Tahlequah area for the last fifty years, recently moving to Centerton, Arkansas, to be closer to their two sons, W. Stacey and Jason Shiew with his wife Michelle; and three grandchildren, Taylor, Karstyn, and Jonathan.

Ken Nelson and Margot Alden were married Oct. 11, 1974, in Springdale by the Rev. Bob Counts. They have 5 children, Tracy Nelson of Olympia, Wash., Kena Nelson of Vancouver, Wash., Sonya Bernier of Phoenix, Ariz., John Alden of Springdale and James Alden of Rogers; 11 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
